Our Team
Diane
Diane purchased the business in 2020. She enjoys the variety of alterations that come through the shop and is always researching new techniques that will be of benefit to the business and the customers. Diane has worked on improving the business, investing in high quality machinery, stock, ongoing staff training and has implemented many new services. In August 2024 she relocated Seamless to a new larger store on Queen Street, the main street of Richmond.
Diane says "The move to the new store was not only exciting but a direct result of 4 years hard work. I have been able to structure the space to fit the business, rather than trying to fit the business into a space. It means we have a dedicated prep area, machine area, garment room and best of all a lovely, sunny and spacious customer area with 3 change rooms. It also allows us to offer a larger range of haberdashery for local sewers and a dry cleaning drop off agent".
Diane enjoys meeting new customers and building relationships with existing customers.
"It's a great feeling to return a customers garments to them and see how delighted they are with the results. I feel privileged I can do work I love, surrounded by talented staff and help my customers feel good in their clothes".
