•  Turnaround Times

Our standard turnaround time is 10 working days. 

• Payment

All alterations and repairs are to be paid for up front before work begins.

• Pricing of Non-standard Work

For non-standard work that is priced after assessment, payment is due once the price has been accepted. Cancellation after acceptance may incur a fee.

• Cancellation Fee

Any jobs accepted and then cancelled by customer may incur a cancellation fee

• Deposits

In some instances, a deposit may be required before pricing.

• No Phone Quotes/Pricing

We do not provide pricing over the phone, by email or message for garment alterations that have not been assessed in store.
